There is no way to access your provider account through the mobile app. The mobile app is designed for Parents to find and communicate with child care providers. It is possible to search by zip code and view how your listing appears to parents on the app.
To access your account and update your listing visit: https://app.kid-tastic.com and sign in. This is your dashboard to manage your account, update your availability and your rates. Make sure to bookmark this page in your browser.
In order to receive payments from parents who book through the Kid-Tastic Mobile App, you, as a provider, will need to have created a Stripe account. Stripe is our payment processing center that connects with your bank to directly deposit your funds into your bank account.
Stripe set up: Login to your Provider account. Click on the "Accounts" tab and select "Connected Accounts" then select "Create a Stripe account". This will bring you to a new screen where you'll have to enter in your contact details and bank and routing number. Once this is complete, when you view your "Connected Accounts" tab it'll say "Manage your account information". This is where you can go to view all your transactions that are made through Kid-Tastic. Click here to learn more about Stripe.
When a parent cancels their booking they may reach out to the provider they've booked with.
Kid-Tastic is not responsible in offering refunds to Kid-Tastic users since Kid-Tastic instantly processes payments to the child care provider after a booking request is sent. All payments refunded to parents are made at the providers descretion and according to their individual policy.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it as long as you still have access to the email address associated with your Kid-Tastic account. To Reset your Password select "Forgot your password?" Here

Kid-Tastic is currently available in Wisconsin. While we don’t have an exact timeline for launching in other states just yet, we do hope to introduce Kid-Tastic to parents and providers around the US.
Kid-Tactic offers a month-to-month pricing plan. Currently we are offering a FREE Account to Providers. You can find the details on each of our subscription plans on our subscription page after you create a free account.
Log to your Account HERE. Once you are logged in click on “Profile” in the upper left menu and then select “Provider Details” from the left side menu. You’ll have access to your business logo and banner image that appears at the top of your profile. At the moment, these are the only images available for your account. Make sure to have files lower than 2MB in size and follow the description for each type of file .jpeg is essential.
When the "Request Booking" button is showing on your facility's account rather than "Check Availability" this means your account cannot accept payments therefor parents can't request to book your facility for care. You'll need to associate a Stripe account for your facility. This needs to be done from within your Provider account in the "Accounts" tab under the "Connected Accounts" tab. If your facility isn't connected the link will read "Connect it now" and clicking it will bring up the Stripe web page to enter in your details.

A facility’s logo should be in a JPEG format, 2MB or less in file size and as close to 1024px x 1024px as possible for best possible presentation.
